Repeat Prescriptions

If you need a repeat prescription you should tick the medications you need on the re-order part of your previous prescription, ‘the right side’ and drop it in the box at reception.

Alternatively, you can post it with a stamped addressed envelope for return. Details can also be faxed to the surgery on 020 7700 0414 or sent by following the link to the online form on this page.

Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed from the day we received it. Allow three days for postage. It is your responsibility to order your medication in time. You may need to speak to a doctor if you request items that are not on your list of regular prescriptions.

For safety and confidentiality reasons we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

If you are already using a regular method of contraception:

• combined oral contraceptive pill (combined estrogen AND progestogen hormones also known as "combined pills" or "the Pill")
• progestogen-only pills (also known as "mini-pill")
• vaginal ring
• contraceptive patch

AND

• you haven't missed any pills/patches/rings
• you haven't had any late starts
• you haven't taken any medicines that might have made your contraceptive less effective (eg antibiotics, St John's Wort)
• you wish to continue with the SAME brand or product

You can get a repeat supply by:

1. Request a repeat supply,
2. Do a self check of your weight, blood pressure and other details using the Surgery Pod in the waiting area (click on "Pill Check" module). The information is entered directly into your notes.
3. The new supply will be available in 48hrs.
4. This supply will usually be for six months.
